Higher Orbit is an AI-driven job portal with an integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS). It connects fresh graduates and seasoned professionals with startups and established companies in metropolitan, Tier II, and Tier III cities across India. The platform helps candidates discover remote jobs, full-time positions, and career opportunities.

For job seekers, the platform is always free to search, apply, and keep up to 5 CVs on file. A Confidential Search feature masks a candidate's name and contact until they accept an employer's interest, and their current employer can be blocked before any match is calculated. Candidates can also record a two-minute video answer instead of a live screening call, which is kept for 30 days and seen only by that employer. The platform complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR, with consent-driven data use and a published Grievance Officer.

Companies start with free credits: posting jobs and keyword matching are free, and every new company gets 100 welcome credits. After that, AI matching costs 1 credit per candidate and a CV upload costs half a credit, at ₹5 per credit with no subscription. Every company must accept a Candidate Data Agreement before using candidate data, and agencies pass those same terms to their clients.
