Employers can post a job in under 2 minutes and sign up for free to view candidate profiles and contact them directly.

The platform offers practical features for job seekers. If you add a location to your profile, job listings show the distance from you and are ranked by proximity. You can filter jobs by keyword, skills, and employment type. However, you must complete a full profile—including job title, summary, skills, work history, education, salary expectation, and CV—before you can apply or nudge an employer.

For privacy, employers never see your full name, email, or phone number for free; these details are masked until the employer spends a credit to unlock them. This gives you control over who accesses your contact information.
