Jobtriggers

Jobtriggers is a new Dutch job board that focuses on employer branding and experience, aiming to create a sustainable match between employer and job seeker based on company culture. Employers can post vacancies for free and for an unlimited duration, and can activate or pause their postings. The platform supports media-rich job postings including color logos, atmosphere images, and video to give a realistic and inviting picture of the work environment.

Employers can enhance their postings with triggers such as a map, colleague testimonials, agendas, and icons. They can also create a dedicated 'work-at' page to present their company. Job seekers can apply with a CV, cover letter, and/or audio, and applications can be directed to the employer's own website or email.
