Justjobs.gr is KPMG's online recruitment service in Greece, launched in 2001. It serves job seekers and employers primarily in Attica - Athens and Central Macedonia - Salonica, with job categories spanning Accounting/Finance, Audit/Risk/Compliance, Engineering, IT, Sales, and others. Sectors include Audit/Accounting Services, Banking/Financial Institutions, FMCG, Shipping, and Utilities/Energy/Environmental/Mining.

Candidates can upload their CV, build an online profile for employers to find them, and create Job Alerts to receive emails about new vacancies matching their criteria. The site also offers a Career Benchmark Tool for insights on remuneration levels for various positions. Employers can choose from job posting packages that allow publishing from one to an unlimited number of adverts, and can use CV Screening to filter applicants. Additional services include JustTests.gr, an online personality assessment based on the 16 Personality-Factors theory, and 'Vis a Vis filtering' where advisors conduct short interviews with selected candidates. An Employer Branding service helps companies develop brand awareness, and an E-Recruitment Service combines the platform with KPMG's know-how in Greece.
