Students and graduates can build a skill-based profile and get matched to internships for free. Employers pay only to unlock candidates, with no placement fees or commissions.

Employers can browse candidate profiles for free and spend one credit to open a direct WhatsApp chat with a candidate. The platform uses AI to match candidates to roles based on real project work and skills. New employer accounts receive a 14-day free trial with 1 job post, 15 browsable profiles, and 3 free unlock credits, no credit card required. Credits are valid for 24 months from purchase, with no subscription or expiry pressure.

For high-volume hiring, Kabel offers custom plans covering graduate trainee programmes, structured internships, university partnerships, and hackathons & events. It also provides a Digital Acceleration Programme (DXP), a 10-week programme where a group of students solve real company operational challenges through digitalisation or automation, with hiring optional and no additional cost. Kabel is backed by Scale Up Malaysia and Cradle, and was founded by Camelia Loh.
