The platform offers both part-time and full-time work options across support roles (cooks/chefs, babysitters/nannies, cleaners, housemaids, movers, drivers) and professional roles (IT support/technicians, accountants, secretaries/receptionists, customer service agents).

Employers can post a request by providing details such as location, job type (full-time, part-time, or one-time), and preferred start date. The platform then matches them with pre-screened, trained workers from its database. Employers receive a shortlist of matching worker profiles showing experience, ratings, and contact information. They can also hire as a guest via a quick hire link. Kozi Rwanda claims workers are legally contracted under the platform with fair terms and regular check-ins, and that there are no commission or middleman fees. The platform offers free replacement at no extra cost if a worker is not performing as expected.
