The platform includes a freelancer section for finding independent workers. Job listings show salary visibility with minimum amounts in LKR, location (city), and job type (e.g., Full Time).

Employers can post jobs for free during the launch period, including unlimited job posts. They can search and browse all candidate CVs for free and contact candidates directly without needing credits. Both individuals and companies can post jobs, with a simple option for one-off hiring. Employers must submit a Business Registration Certificate (BRC) for admin verification, and verified employers receive a badge.

Every job post and CV is reviewed by the team before going live to ensure quality. Job seekers can control who sees their CV with privacy settings, such as hiding from everyone or setting to request-only, where they approve which employers see their CV. The platform uses AI to score profiles against jobs and suggest matches automatically.
