Each job offer is checked before publication to confirm the salary, work location, and company identity. Listings display salary, location, hours, and team information upfront, so you can compare before applying.

The application process has three steps and reuses your saved profile, so you only fill in offer-specific details. Every application receives a guaranteed response, and you can track its progress through dated, notified steps. You can filter jobs by role, contract type, distance, and salary, and your filters are remembered between visits. Job alerts notify you of matching new offers.

The platform also provides an observatory with aggregated market data. It shows salary benchmarks (only when the sample is large enough to protect anonymity) and a tension index per job—a value above 1 means more offers than candidates for that role.
