Litwork targets early-stage jobseekers and recruiters in India, focusing on entry-level and fresher roles. The platform uses a proprietary algorithm called LitQ to determine a candidate's unique success drivers at work and assess job compatibility. Jobseekers can take a gamified experience to unlock their core attributes, then apply to multiple jobs with a single click. They can also create a Smart Resume and a video introduction to stand out.

For recruiters, posting jobs is free and takes less than 60 seconds. They receive pre-assessed candidate matches based on role effectiveness benchmarks, and can bulk shortlist candidates with a single click. Recruiters also get access to a candidate job compatibility report (LitQ Decode) and video introductions. The platform claims to provide scientifically pre-assessed and matched early career candidates.

Jobseekers can get a free summarized version of their LitQ report (LitQ Lite) or purchase the full version (LitQ Max). The platform uses a pay-as-you-go pricing model, with prices exclusive of GST. Sign-up requires a password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character, and includes an optional referral code field.
