Lokerin

Lokerin is a job board based in Indonesia that is free for both job seekers and employers. Employers can post an unlimited number of job listings at no cost, without needing a business registration number (NIB) or an HR team. Job seekers can apply to an unlimited number of jobs for free, and employers can view full applicant profiles and contact them without paying. The platform is designed to be lightweight for use on older phones and slow internet connections, with no auto-playing videos or data-heavy ads.

Each job listing is checked for fraud before being published, and salary offers are displayed alongside the official regional minimum wage (UMK) for comparison. The platform also provides free tools for job seekers: a photo editor for passport photos, a CV builder with three templates, a cover letter generator, and a fake job checker that scores a job posting's risk. Additionally, Lokerin displays official minimum wage data for 135 regions in Indonesia, sourced from gubernatorial decrees.

The platform is intended for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia, such as warung, bengkel, toko, and laundry businesses. Job listings remain active until the employer closes them or until a specified closing date. The platform does not share personal identity data such as KTP or NIK with employers, and no data selling or ad trackers are used. Job categories include driver, admin, customer service, IT, sales, and production, among others.
