Mustakbil.com

Mustakbil operates regional sites across 90+ countries on 6 continents, with the Liberia site specifically targeting job seekers and employers in Liberia. The platform has been operating since 2004. Job seekers can build a resume by importing Word, PDF, or image files, and then apply to jobs with one tap after setting up their profile. The platform provides AI job recommendations based on skills, experience, and preferences, and users can receive push notifications or daily email digests for job alerts. Interview scheduling is available, allowing candidates to pick slots from their real availability, booked in their local time zone.

Employers can post a job for free, with AI writing the ad and ranking the first 25 applicants. Paid job posting packages start from USD 30 per job ad and include homepage placement for 3, 10, or 30 days, ranked above standard listings. New employer accounts are reviewed before jobs go live.
