Maatwerkbanen connects job seekers with a target group registration (doelgroepregistratie) to employers, UWV, municipalities, schools, and employment agencies in the Netherlands. The platform is developed and maintained by people from the target group, and partners with national partners across the country.

Job seekers can browse vacancies filtered by registration type (e.g., Wajong, WIA, WAO, WSW, statushouders, doelgroepregister, IVA, nuggers) and by job type (paid jobs, internships, work experience, volunteer work, work & learn, learning-working trajectories). The listing page shows details such as hours per week, education level, location, and sector (e.g., Techniek, Administratief, Winkel, ICT), and includes a keyword search and a 'Favoriet' (favorite) feature to save vacancies.

Employers can use a candidate search tool, an impact searcher to find social enterprises nearby, and a re-integration searcher to find re-integration agencies. The platform also provides employer tools related to Banenafspraak, Participatiewet, SROI, social entrepreneurship, job coaching, subsidy schemes, and a social enterprise quality mark. Re-integration services include modular trajectories, work-fit trajectory, towards-work trajectory, job coaching, municipal trajectory, and starting your own business.
