EdJobs is a social venture that connects employers and job seekers specifically in the education and training field. It describes itself as the largest job portal in this sector. Employers can post job ads for free and access a candidate database to find suitable applicants. Job seekers can browse a job board with many education and training listings and send their CVs directly from the website to employers.

The site also offers a candidate board where employers can view a database of candidates interested in education and training work. Employers can contact candidates directly through the website or by phone. A frequently asked questions page is available to help users navigate the platform.
