Salary information is shown in the local currency and period (e.g., per year in India, per month in UAE). A listing must have a stated salary to appear as 'paid' — the site does not invent ranges. Employers can post a free listing that is manually checked before going live, and free listings forward applications to the employer by email. Featured listings are promoted above other results for 30 days and appear on the homepage rail, but paid placements do not bypass the verification check, and advertisers have no influence over which jobs appear or how they rank.
