MingaJobs focuses on operational positions such as salespeople, cashiers, waiters, kitchen staff, cleaning, warehouse and logistics, call center, and security. It operates in three Ecuadorian cities: Cuenca, Quito, and Guayaquil. Employers can post a job vacancy for free and view an anonymous preview of candidates at no cost. The anonymous preview includes a compatibility score, years of experience, education level, zone and city, weekend availability, vehicle ownership, and a validated Ecuadorian national ID badge.

Candidates must confirm their interest after seeing the real salary and location before being included in the shortlist. To access the full shortlist of 5 confirmed candidates, employers pay $25, which includes the full name, photo, complete CV, phone number, and direct contact for each candidate, with automatic replacement up to 10 candidates. There is no commission on hiring, and payment is manual via bank transfer or deposit, not automatic card charging.

Candidates receive job alerts via Telegram or email. The platform automatically validates each candidate's Ecuadorian national ID (cédula). As of the snapshot, there are 2 active job vacancies on the platform.
