This website serves job seekers, employers, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and communities in the Emek HaMa'ayanot and Emek HaYarden regions. It is a partnership between the Ministry of Welfare, the two regional councils, Innovalley, and the Shan Group. Employers can post job listings for free, and each listing is published for three weeks before being automatically removed.

Job seekers must register on the site before they can submit a resume. Employers can bump a listing to the top of the job board once, approximately two weeks after publication. All job postings are reviewed and approved by the Ma'avarim Ma'ayanot Kinneret team before going live.
