MunkaMérce lets you search for any company, organization, or individual entrepreneur by name or tax number and read reviews from four distinct viewpoints: employee, candidate, customer, and business partner. Each perspective has its own set of questions. You can submit a review without registering, providing a name, or creating a profile. After submission, you receive a personal deletion code so you can withdraw your review at any time without an account. Reviews are moderated and only published after approval. Average ratings for each perspective appear once at least one approved review exists.

The platform also includes a job listing board where you can browse open positions by job category, location, and employment type. Employers can post a listing for a fee of 5000 HUF for a 30-day period. Listings can be submitted via an online form, email, or manual arrangement. The form requires the employer's tax number and company name, and includes fields for position, experience level, employment type, work location, and sector. Salary can be specified as a range (minimum/maximum) in multiple currencies (HUF, EUR, USD, GBP, CHF) and periods (hourly, monthly, yearly). The advertiser must declare that the listing is for a real, lawful position and that they are authorized to publish it.
