Murtysh-Tamak Careerist is a job website serving the Murtysh-Tamak region in Tatarstan, Russia. It lists over 900,000 active vacancies and reports that 1,117 job seekers found work through the platform yesterday. The site also provides links to job listings in nearby cities such as Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, and Nizhnekamsk.

Job seekers can post resumes and search for vacancies using filters for industry, city, income, employment type (e.g., full-time, part-time, remote, shift work), and experience level. Search results can be narrowed by posting period (last day, week, or month) and can exclude recruitment agencies. Some listings display salary, such as a washer position starting at 193,500 rubles.

Employers can create, edit, and delete vacancies, with a maximum posting duration of 30 calendar days per vacancy. They can receive responses from job seekers, subscribe to daily updates of matching resumes, and access contact details (phone and email) of candidates based on their paid tariff. A paid licensing service grants access to the full database of job seekers and resumes. The platform is operated by individual entrepreneur Polevaya Yu.V.
