Overview
Mustakbil Malawi (mw.mustakbil.com) is a job platform launched in 2004 that connects job seekers and employers within Malawi. Job seekers can create a free account to build a profile, use a resume builder, and apply with one tap. The platform uses AI to match candidates to jobs based on skills, experience, and location, and allows direct messaging with hiring teams. Email alerts can be set up for new job postings.
Employers can post jobs for free and access an AI Hiring Agent that writes job ads, searches CVs, and ranks applicants. Paid options include featured job packages with homepage placement and priority search starting from USD 30 per ad, CV contact packs from USD 14 per pack, and a monthly Mustakbil Pro subscription at USD 60 per month. New employer accounts are reviewed before jobs go live. The platform is part of a network of over 90 regional sites across 6 continents, each showing local jobs, employers, and salaries in local currency.
