My Flexi-Job

MyFlexiJob.be is a specialized website for flexi-job vacancies and information in Belgium, active since 2016. It allows users to search for flexi-jobs by keyword and city, and provides an advanced search page as well as a page listing all current vacancies. The site also offers a newsletter for flexi-job updates.

For employers, the site allows posting flexi-job vacancies, with pricing starting at €99 for one vacancy active for 30 days. A 'total solution' service is available where the site handles vacancy posting, candidate search, administration, and payroll. The site also provides a page for employers about flexi-job interim services.

The site includes detailed information about flexi-job sectors. As of 1 July 2026, flexi-jobs are allowed in all private and public sectors unless an opt-out is in place. Sectors with opt-outs include PC 116 (chemical industry), PC 121 (cleaning), PC 128 (hides and leather), PC 144 (agriculture), and PC 145. Two function types are never allowed: sex work and artistic functions. The site advises checking the most current opt-out situation via the FOD Employment or a social secretariat. It also provides a page with all conditions for workers, including the requirement of at least 4/5 employment in the previous quarter with another employer or being retired.
