For job seekers, MyVIJobs provides an AI Resume Studio that builds, scores, and tailors ATS-ready resumes, cover letters, and interview practice. The AI Skill Lab builds complete courses with lessons, quizzes, voice narration, and a verifiable certificate tailored to Caribbean workplaces. The platform also offers a Career Readiness Score from 0 to 100 based on resume strength, verified credentials, interview practice, and profile completeness.

Employers can post a single job for $59 for 30 days with both-territory visibility. The Territory plan costs $429 per month and includes unlimited posts, 100 database unlocks per month, and 4 featured placements per month. Employers can purchase a Verified Employer badge for $99 per year after a business license and identity review, which checks an active business license, identity of the account holder, and a real place of business in the USVI or BVI. The platform also offers a Talent Marketplace where employers can search verified professional profiles across the Virgin Islands and the wider Caribbean. Employers can sponsor a prep cohort starting from $2,500 to recruit, train, and credential candidates for specific roles. A Season Surge Pack is available for $299 per season, valid November through April, for high-season hospitality hiring.
