NaijaArtisans is a service marketplace that connects customers with skilled Nigerian artisans, including plumbers, electricians, tailors, caterers, and mechanics. The platform is available across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, covering over 40 cities such as Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, and Ibadan. It lists more than 50 service categories, from AC & Refrigeration and Plumbing to Tailoring and Web & App Development.

Customers can post a job for free and receive quotes from artisans, or search for artisans by service and city. They can contact artisans directly by call, WhatsApp, or email, and after work is completed, leave a rating and review. The platform publishes honest price ranges to prevent overcharging or underpayment, and protects user data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Artisans can create a free profile to list their services and grow their business. They can also promote their profile with a Featured Listing for ₦2,000 per week, which includes top placement and a Featured badge, or subscribe to Artisan Pro for ₦5,000 per month, which includes a Verified Pro badge, unlimited quotes, featured placement, profile analytics, and priority support. The job board allows artisans to send quotes on open jobs posted by customers.
