NEDIS (National Digital Information System for Employment) serves job seekers, employers, and educational institutions across Uzbekistan. Job seekers can browse vacancies without registering—registration is only needed to apply. Vacancies are searchable by region, field, and employment type, covering listings from across the country.

Employers must register their organization with an email, a nine-digit state registration number, and a registration certificate. After verification by a national administrator, they can post vacancies without individual approval for each listing. Employers can manage vacancies as drafts, publish, pause, close, or archive them, and add screening questions to compare candidates. They can also manage the full hiring process—screening, interviews, scheduling, and sending official job offers—and communicate with applicants only about the specific job they applied for.

Additional employer features include posting internship positions, receiving proposals from educational institutions, assigning mentors, and maintaining a list of students willing to continue working. Employers can invite colleagues via email and assign roles, so the person screening candidates does not have to be the one posting vacancies. Job seekers can see that an employer has been verified, which adds credibility to applying.
