The site is free for all users, and employers can post jobs without fees or an organization approval gate—they create an account only when needed, after submitting the listing. Each submission is reviewed before publication to maintain trust.

Job seekers can filter listings by type (e.g., full-time, contract, volunteer, internship), location (e.g., Kathmandu, Butwal, Lumbini Province), and source (e.g., ReliefWeb, United Nations Nepal, Merojob). Users can create a free account to save organizations, jobs, and searches. The site also offers a weekly email with new impact-sector jobs and tenders across Nepal, which can be unsubscribed at any time. Jobs can be exported as a CSV file, and a public API, feeds, and exports with source-level attribution are available for advanced use.

A public correction process allows users to report stale, duplicate, unsafe, or inaccurate information for review. The site includes tenders with deadlines, such as those closing today, and lists jobs from sources including Association of INGOs in Nepal, ICIMOD, JobsNepal, Kumarijob, ReliefWeb, and UNjobs.
