INEP (Instituto Nacional de Emprego de Moçambique) is the official employment portal of Mozambique, run by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. It connects job seekers and verified employers across all 11 provinces. The platform is available in Portuguese and local languages, and job seekers can create a verified profile using a BI (Identity Card) or Passport. Notifications are sent via SMS, email, app, and USSD, making it accessible even without constant internet access.

Employers can publish jobs, evaluate applications, schedule interviews, and issue proposals directly on the platform. It includes automatic screening with artificial intelligence to help filter candidates. Employers can start with a free first job posting, and payments for plans or individual postings can be made via M-Pesa, e-Mola, mKesh, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer. The platform covers priority sectors such as Agriculture, Construction, Education, Health, ICT & Telecom, Energy, Tourism, Industry, and Mining.

Job types available include full-time, part-time, contract, internship, remote, hybrid, vocational/TVET, apprenticeship, daily work, and seasonal positions. Additionally, INEP operates a Mobile Employment Desk that brings public employment services directly to communities, offering career guidance and information in one place.
