Overview

OER Jobs is a job board focused on open education opportunities. It is hosted and managed by Ben Rawlins, Associate Dean for Outreach, Engagement and Collections at the University of Kentucky Libraries. The site serves librarians, instructional designers, faculty, technologists, and program leaders who want to find or share roles that advance open education.

Job postings require approval and are moderated for relevance. Posts automatically stop showing after their closing date, keeping the site current. Employers can submit a job posting through a form. Some listings display salary ranges, such as one showing "Salary USD 85,685–90,685." Jobs can be filtered by location using a text field.

  • Location filtering via a text field helps narrow results.
  • Some job listings include salary ranges, providing pay transparency.

Who it suits
