Overview

OJT Connect is a free platform for early-career Filipino talents seeking on-the-job training and internships. It lists opportunities from verified employers and uses smart matching to align postings with a user's course and skills. Applications are tracked in one place, and users apply directly on the platform.

The platform is built for multiple universities in the Philippines to manage their OJT programs, giving career centers visibility into intern outcomes. Job listings include details such as work type (e.g., Hybrid, Work From Home), hours per week, and whether an allowance is provided.
