ONEM

ONEM (Office National de l'Emploi) is the public employment service of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, established by law in 2002 and operating under the Ministry of Employment and Labour. It functions as a public institution with legal personality and financial and administrative autonomy. The service provides a digital platform at www.onem.cd where job seekers can register, search for jobs with filtering options, and track applications, while employers can post job offers and manage candidates.

For mobile access, ONEM offers the Mikuba application, designed to simplify and broaden access to its services. The organization is also a member of international networks including the World Association of Public Employment Services (AMSEP) and the African Association of Public Employment Services (AASEP).
