Playtowork is a job website focused on MBO-level (secondary vocational education) vacancies in the Netherlands. Job seekers can apply directly without submitting a CV or motivation letter, and the platform promises contact from employers within 24 hours after applying. It also offers help with the application process.

For employers, Playtowork provides a pricing calculator to estimate costs for filling MBO vacancies. Employers can select the desired education level (MBO levels 1 through 4), industry, and region, including all Dutch provinces and Belgium. They can also choose a salary range, indicate whether the salary is above market, market conform, or below market, and specify the number of open positions. Employers can select a service level and pay per applicant, with an estimated applicant-to-hire ratio provided for each service level.
