PMEBTP is a French online recruitment service for both managerial and non-managerial staff in the construction and public works (BTP) sector. Employers can post job offers and access a CV database to source candidates autonomously. The platform also allows candidates to submit spontaneous applications to positions that have already been filled.

For employers, job ads can be multi-diffused across PMEBTP and 30 co-diffusion sites to increase visibility. Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager for responsive support. The CV database is searchable by multiple criteria and covers sectors such as construction, civil engineering, real estate, industry, energy, nuclear, naval, railway, logistics, engineering, public works, metallurgy, and environment.
