Prizvanie.app operates in Kazakhstan, with job listings in cities such as Almaty and Shymkent. The platform uses AI matching for both candidates and employers: the algorithm analyzes resumes, experience, and skills to present top vacancies to candidates and rank candidates for employers.

Candidates upload a video resume, and the AI selects the top 10 vacancies from 12,000 based on skill matches. The AI analyzes resumes across over 50 parameters, including salary, schedule, and location. The process from registration to offer involves four steps: registration, a one-minute video self-introduction, AI matching, and receiving an offer. The platform is free for candidates to create a video resume and receive AI matching.

Employers receive AI scoring of candidates from 0 to 100%, based on video speech, experience, skills, and location. They can purchase access to the resume database in three packages: Start (250 resumes for 725,000 tenge including VAT), Business (500 resumes for 1,015,000 tenge including VAT), and Pro (1000 resumes for 1,740,000 tenge including VAT). Each package is valid for 12 months from activation, and one resume view equals one deduction from the package limit. Employers can also use screening questions as part of the hiring process.
