The PROAJOBS portal is exclusive to PROA-trained graduates. Companies must register and wait for approval from the PROA team before they can post jobs. Once approved, employers can access the talent base, post jobs, and manage applications. PROA does not act as an integrating agent between school and company; instead, it trains young people for the job market and indicates qualified talent for different positions in partner companies. Graduates are commonly hired for apprenticeship programs and internships, but are also prepared for CLT positions that do not require previous professional experience.
