Employers start by filling a PDF job profile form, which an AI agent processes into a professional technical sheet in under a minute. The Acierta team then posts the vacancy on multiple portals and social networks, and pre-filtered candidates are typically delivered within about 5 business days.

Two plans are available. The basic plan costs $230,000 COP (IVA included) as a one-time payment for a single vacancy, which stays active for 3 months with unlimited received CVs. The business plan costs $830,000 COP per month (IVA included) with no minimum commitment, allowing up to 10 simultaneous active vacancies. Both plans include a dedicated human advisor, expert candidate filtering (with rejected and matching profiles separated), a match percentage for each candidate, and an employer panel to manage all vacancies in one place. A guarantee ensures that if no candidates are received within 30 business days, the strategy is adjusted at no cost.
