The platform uses AI to score every resume on a 0–10 scale in under 10 seconds, helping recruiters see the best matches first. Recruiters receive email alerts when a candidate scoring 8.0/10 or higher applies. For job seekers, PureHire allows applying without creating an account by uploading a PDF or DOCX resume. The recruiter portal is geo-restricted to India, meaning only users in India can access recruiter pages. The platform uses Razorpay for payment integration and offers AI-generated job descriptions from rough notes, tailored for Indian tech and business talent.
