RADAS operates nationwide in Germany as a certified private employment agency, providing direct placement (not temporary staffing) and a job board. Job seekers must sign a placement contract to use the service, which is a legal requirement. The platform offers a full application service, including professional application design and contacting potential employers on your behalf.

The job board lists openings in categories such as office, finance, sales, IT, engineering/architecture, and crafts/trade. You can filter by employment type: full-time, part-time, apprenticeship, or self-employment. An advanced search feature is also available. For unsolicited applications, you can specify criteria like industry, location, and company size, and your application is sent to up to 1,500 employers. You can also enter blocking notes in your applicant account to avoid duplicate applications to employers you have already contacted.

Placement is free for job seekers who have an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS) from the Federal Employment Agency or Job Center. Self-payers pay a maximum fee of 2,000 EUR, with no upfront cost; the first installment of 500 EUR is due on the first day of employment, followed by five monthly installments of 300 EUR. A one-time payment receives a 12.5% discount (1,750 EUR). If employment ends before all installments are paid, remaining installments are canceled. A callback service is also available.
