These reviews help users learn what it's like to work at different companies. The platform only partners with employers who offer paid opportunities, ensuring that listed roles are compensated.
Each year, Higherin ranks top employers in apprenticeship, undergraduate, and graduate schemes based entirely on student job reviews. It has partnered with the Department for Work and Pensions to produce a list of the best apprenticeship companies for 2026/2027. The platform also runs the Higherin Academy, a student brand ambassador network. Higherin was rebranded from RateMyPlacement and RateMyApprenticeship in August 2025.
