Recruit4Good is a job platform launched in Singapore in 2023, designed to help not-for-profit organisations recruit staff and volunteers without paying job board or recruitment fees. Employers submit job details and undergo a short validation period to confirm their not-for-profit status before their vacancy is posted. Once approved, posting a job and any resulting hires are completely free.

Job seekers can browse listings and create job alerts to be notified of new opportunities. When applying, your application and CV are received by both the charity and ConnectedGroup, and are kept confidential—not shared with any third party without your explicit consent. Employers can specify role types such as Full-time, Part-time, Volunteer, or Intern, and can attach a Word document position description and upload a company logo. They must also provide the email address where applications should be sent.
