Rejob

Rejob is an Iranian job platform operated by PAKA (Peyman Ettehad Karayabi haye Arayi), a private joint-stock company active since 2013 as the IT arm of the Iranian Association of Non-Governmental Job Counseling and Employment Offices. The platform allows users to earn money by referring job seekers or employers. Referrers can register as either Tama (for referring job seekers) or Pasha (for referring employers). For each successful placement, the referring user receives a commission of 30,000,000 Iranian Rials (3,000,000 Tomans).

The platform lists job seekers with detailed profiles including gender, age, education level (from diploma to master's degree), field of study, province, city, skills, and work experience. For example, listings show job seekers in Isfahan province with skills such as painting, cooking, programming, typing, and embroidery, and work experience ranging from 8 months to 18 years. Each listing includes a publication date and a unique job seeker code, though some listings may be up to 12 months old. To propose a job to a listed job seeker, users must register as a Pasha and upload a job advertisement.
