Restaff

Restaff is a recruitment platform built specifically for the hotel and restaurant industry. Employers can post a job ad in less than two minutes, and the platform automatically matches them with candidates. Candidates create a profile using their skills, availability, and location—no traditional CV or cover letter needed. The platform includes a messaging system for communication between candidates and recruiters, and offers pre-selection of candidates as a service to employers.

Employers choose from three subscription plans. The Basique plan (from 19€ HT/month) covers 1 establishment and 1 job ad per month, with sharing on social networks. The Professionnel plan (from 29€ HT/month) includes 1 establishment and up to 5 job ads per month, plus redistribution to partners. The Premium plan (from 49€ HT/month) covers up to 5 establishments with 5 job ads per month each, plus social network sharing and partner redistribution. Subscriptions are available monthly, quarterly, or annually with no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. A one-off extra job ad costs 9€ HT for urgent needs.
