Rework

Rework is a job platform operating across all of Kazakhstan. Instead of a traditional resume, candidates apply by recording a short video. The platform uses AI to match candidates and vacancies based on skills, goals, and intent, rather than keyword matching. The AI processes each video—including speech, role, skills, and language—into embeddings for matching.

Employers can post video job listings and view analytics on views and responses. Job listings display salary ranges and location type (e.g., on-site, hybrid). All posts are AI-moderated before appearing in the feed to filter scams, fake jobs, harassment, and spam; disputed content goes to manual review. The platform has separate sections for job seekers and employers.
