Mustakbil.com

Mustakbil.ro serves job seekers and employers in Romania, including remote positions worldwide. The platform has been operating since 2004 and is part of a network spanning 90+ countries across 6 continents. For job seekers, everything is free: creating a profile, applying with one tap, building a resume (including importing from Word, PDF, or image files), setting up email alerts for new jobs, and messaging hiring teams directly without recruiters. AI algorithms match jobs based on skills, experience, and location preferences. When an employer is ready, job seekers can schedule interviews by picking a slot from the employer's availability, booked in the job seeker's local time zone.

For employers, posting a job is free and includes AI-powered screening and automatic shortlisting. Paid packages offer featured homepage placement, priority search placement, and email/push alerts to matching candidates. Employers can also search a resume database with advanced filtering, or use the AI Hiring Agent to write job ads, search CVs, and rank applicants. Pricing starts at USD 30 per job ad, USD 14 per contact pack, or USD 60 per month for Mustakbil Pro (which includes AI screening, 200 sourcing invitations, 35 CV contact unlocks, 3 recruiter seats, and more). New employer accounts are reviewed before jobs go live to help maintain platform honesty.
