RobotJob connects employers and job seekers through a Telegram bot, covering 19 cities in Kazakhstan including Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, and Aktobe. Employers can post vacancies for free and are charged only when they receive responses. The platform replaces phone calls with a bot that collects candidate answers to standard questions, allowing employers to review completed profiles at their convenience.

Job seekers fill out a single profile with 11 standard questions (name, age, desired position, experience, district, preferred schedule, expected salary, phone number, and readiness to start) and can apply to any vacancy in their city with one click. Vacancies are organized into 20 categories such as trade, cafes, warehouse, and construction. Candidates have a personal 'My Responses' dashboard showing where they applied and where they were invited. All job advertisements are moderated before publication to remove fraud and scams.

Employers can manage candidates through a dashboard with statuses: approved, consider, invited, and rejected. The 'Screening' tariff costs a one-time fee of 7,000 KZT and includes full access to candidate profiles, status management, and an Excel report with all applications. Each job posting gets its own web page that can be found through search engines.
