This portal serves registered job seekers, non-registered citizens, employers, and temporary employment agencies in Slovakia. It lists over 151,000 job vacancies from more than 9,000 employers. Job seekers can search by profession or job title and location. Registered job seekers can make their profile visible to employers and prove their job search electronically. Non-registered citizens can create an account, search jobs, create a CV, and apply directly.

Employers can post job advertisements for free. To post a job, they must register via electronic ID (eID). Each posting is reviewed and approved before publication. Employers can also search for suitable candidates and fill vacancies in cooperation with labour offices. Optionally, an employer can have a vacancy handled by a labour office for candidate selection. Posting a job on the portal fulfills the employer's legal obligation to notify the labour office of a vacancy. Employers can also use the portal to demonstrate compliance with the mandatory quota for employing disabled citizens.

Temporary employment agencies, supported employment agencies, and paid job placement providers can manage records and generate annual reports through the portal. Users can activate a job alert agent to receive notifications about suitable vacancies.
