Spinnen-Netz

Spinnen-Netz is a German job portal focused on non-profit organizations, foundations, educational institutions, and the public sector. It covers five thematic areas: international cooperation and peace work, sustainability and climate protection, flight-migration and diversity-inclusion, intercultural education and social sciences, and social design. The site lists over 200 non-profit employers in an employer overview and has approximately 600 members with backgrounds in social sciences, humanities, or geography.

For job seekers, the portal offers a newsletter sent to members on Tuesdays and Fridays at 5 PM. Employers can post jobs, with internships and student jobs free for NGOs with up to 3 employees. Additional paid services include priority listing updates, banner advertising on the homepage, and recruitment support such as direct candidate outreach for hard-to-fill positions. The site also provides consulting on diversity-sensitive job postings and can arrange trainers for workshops on diversity-sensitive recruitment.
