Stoney Nation Job Resource Center

The Stoney Nation Job Resource Center serves members of the Stoney Nation, including the Goodstoney, Bearspaw, and Chiniki Bands. It is operated by the Stoney Tribal Administration in collaboration with these Bands. The center offers training in health and safety, food service, and computer skills, and provides computer work stations for members to access job-related information, type resumes, or conduct job searches.

It can also screen candidates, organize information sessions, and hosts an annual spring career fair. The center supports sectors including hospitality, food services, and construction, and has placed members in hospitality positions in hotels, campgrounds, and hideaways of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, as well as in retail positions in Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, and Cochrane, and construction positions in the Bow Valley Parkway.
