Stratevera Recruitment

Stratevera is a job platform focused on part-time work in Ireland, aimed at students, newcomers, and part-time job seekers. It shares real vacancies from partner employers and across the Irish market, covering specialties such as retail, hospitality, warehouse and operations, customer service, events, baristas, evenings and weekends, and student-friendly roles.

The application process involves joining the community, sending a CV (with a CV builder available), basic screening by Stratevera, and then meeting the employer directly. The platform also offers a Legal & Compliance group with official updates on minimum wage and visa conditions, such as the national minimum wage rate and Stamp 2 student work hour limits.

All part-time roles listed are free to apply for. An optional paid service called Managed Applications costs EUR 25 per month with no contract and can be cancelled any time; it involves Stratevera writing and submitting applications on behalf of the job seeker. This paid service does not affect priority or guarantee interviews.
