The free tier includes resume upload, AI parsing, application tracking, and one AI resume tailoring run. A Pro subscription (₹9 for a 3-day trial, then ₹299/month) adds unlimited AI resume tailoring, ATS match scoring, keyword gap analysis, AI cover letter generation, premium export templates, profile boost, direct hiring manager messaging, smart AI job matching and alerts, and priority AI processing.

For recruiters, posting jobs, receiving applicants, and using AI candidate ranking are free, with up to 10 active job posts and unlimited applicants. Switchly makes money when companies successfully hire, aligning incentives with match quality. The platform does not sell or share candidate data with third parties and does not use it to train AI models. Users can export or permanently delete all their data at any time from Account Settings.
