Maavarim Etzba HaGalil is a regional center for business and career development, jointly operated by the Ministry of Welfare and the Upper Galilee and Mevoot HaHermon regional councils. It serves job seekers who are residents of the Etzba HaGalil (Finger of the Galilee) area. Employers can post job vacancies on the site free of charge, and each posting is approved by the Maavarim team before publication. Job listings remain on the site for 30 days and are then automatically removed.

Candidates must register on the site before they can send a resume. The site enforces non-discrimination rules: job postings may not discriminate on grounds including gender, sexual orientation, personal status, pregnancy, fertility treatments, parenthood, age, race, religion, nationality, country of origin, place of residence, political affiliation, or reserve duty. Additionally, all job postings must be published in both masculine and feminine language, in both singular and plural forms.
