多摩地域人材ダイバーシティ総合推進ネットワーク事業

This website is a project by the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry that supports small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and job seekers in the Tama region. It uses a trial employment system based on the introduction-expected dispatch scheme to help companies hire and individuals find work. The current project phase runs from April 14, 2022 to March 31, 2023.

For job seekers, the project targets youth, women, and experienced individuals aged 50 and over who want to work in manufacturing SMEs in the Tama region. It offers counseling, interview support, and follow-up after employment. For companies, the project is free of charge, covering all costs. Participating companies must join the Tama Region Manufacturing Human Resources Security Council, which is also free.

The project supports hiring and retention of diverse groups including NEET youth, single mothers, older workers, and the employment ice age generation, as well as DX and GX skilled personnel. It also aims to promote the utilization of foreign human resources to advance diversity in manufacturing SMEs. Companies receive consulting, individual training, and group training at no cost.
