TEMU is a social enterprise founded by Indonesian youth to address unemployment, poverty, and skill gaps. It serves both job seekers and employers in Indonesia. For job seekers, the platform offers a Match Score that shows how well their profile fits a job listing before they apply, and allows filtering jobs by location, salary, and job type. Employers can post jobs for free and only pay when they access a candidate's data.

The platform provides an integrated dashboard for managing the entire recruitment process, including interview tools and final decisions. Job seekers can track their application status transparently from submission to interview attendance to final decision. They can also confirm interview attendance and update their departure and arrival status via the app, and manage all interview schedules in a calendar. Employers can provide feedback on applications or interviews.
